The Musers Fail Spectacularly At Providing Dignity to Baked Chickens, Says Anonymous Source
"A spokesman for the CBKR (Coalition for Baked-Chicken Rights) today urged baked chickens across the country to form a peaceful resistance and march on the Hen House. "We demand equal rights under the Constitutional Provisions for Pollo Dignity, the same rights that allow our Barbequed and Fried brothers to freely simmer in their own juices." No formal charges have been filed, though the Musers were not available for comment," says commenter "Bill", probably a McCarty Farm Chicken disguised as Chicken Liberation Blogger.

Bill, I think that quote should read "our Barbequed and Fried brothers and SISTERS to freely simmer in their own juices".
Feminism doesn't stop at humans, let us all remember.

I overheard Ms. McCarty saying to her sister yesterday, "I was just trying to make Micah laugh." As though that justifies the travesty she was responsible for! I almost pecked her eyes out then and there. But I regained my self-control, and the hens and I have decided to go on an egg strike to make our voices heard. We'll see how they take it when their precious child has no more eggs for breakfast!

Do you want me to post the picture of you, the chicken, and the fairy wings? Because I thought about it. It's true this never would have happened if you hadn't been with me. I'm always more nerdy (read: myself) when you are with me. Was this your idea or mine? Or did we come up with it in a kind of sisterly collaboration?
